Refund policy

At GoodBean Coffee, we want you to love your coffee. Because our coffee is roasted to order and perishable, we cannot accept physical returns. If your coffee arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us at tyler@goodbean.com within 10 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. We do not accept returns based on taste preference, but we would be happy to help you find a roast you'll love for your next order! Happy Sipping...
