Terms of service

Because our coffee is roasted fresh, we cannot accept returns on opened 12 oz bags. If you are unsatisfied with your coffee, please contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can make it right. Unopened bags may be returned within 15 days, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs.
